I’ve had mine for years now, and it’s still in great shape. No cracks, no strange wear, nothing that feels like an avoidable quality issue. it’s held up better than I expected.

I really like the mission behind the brand, but I’ve found it kind of hard to see actual updates about where the donations are going. For a company making social impact claims, it feels a little vague at times. Has anyone else noticed this or had the same issue?

I’m really glad the silicone feels safe and not sketchy like some other products I’ve tried. It gives me a lot more confidence using it, especially when you can tell a company actually put some thought into the material

I didn’t expect much when I switched, but my cramps were definitely a little easier to deal with. Not gone completely or anything, but less intense, which I’ll take. It does take some getting used to, and I’m still figuring out my routine with it, but overall I’m happy I tried it.

I wanted to like this, and it’s not even about the fit or how it feels once it’s in. The stressful part for me is getting it out. It sits high, and I kept losing my grip, which made the whole thing feel way more frustrating than I expected. Definitely not something I’d want to deal with at work.

I’ve been using the Ruby Cup for a few months now, and it’s been way better than I expected. I wore it to work, on walks, and even on a long gym day where I was kind of convinced it would leak just because I was moving around so much, but it didn’t. Once it’s in right, I basically stop thinking about it, which somehow makes me trust it more, if that makes sense.
It did take me about two cycles to get fully comfortable with putting it in, so I wouldn’t say it was instantly easy, but now it feels simple. Cleaning it hasn’t been a big deal either. I kind of wish I’d tried it sooner, though maybe I needed to wait until I was annoyed enough with everything else to actually stick with it

The tracking worked, though it didn’t give a ton of detail and the updates felt a little behind at times. I kept checking it more than I probably needed to. In the end, the package actually showed up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Taking off one star just because the tracking updates could’ve been a bit quicker.

I really wanted to love the Ruby Cup, but the stem was not comfy for me at all. Every time I sat down or walked around, I could feel it poking, and I kept thinking, is this supposed to feel like this?? I tried adjusting it a few different ways, but it still bugged me.

I did end up trimming the stem a little, which helped with the pokiness, but then it became harder to reach when I needed to take it out. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me the stem design just made the whole thing more annoying than it should’ve been??

I was surprised by how well it fit. Super comfy to wear all day, too :)

I found the rubycup.com site easy enough to use overall. The product info, sizing details, and FAQs were all there without me having to hunt around too much, which I always appreciate.

The checkout was simple and the pages looked clean, but reading between the lines, you can tell the site could use a little tightening up. A few sections loaded slower than I expected, and I had to scroll more than I’d like when trying to compare details.

No stuffing my bag with tampon boxes, no panic-buying random ones in tiny shops, and no stressing on long travel days. It was easy to rinse and reuse, even when I was moving around a lot. I was nervous at first, but i wouldn’t travel without it now.

I was really hoping this would control the odor better, but it still had a weird smell quickly. I ended up having to rinse it constantly, which was annoying. What frustrated me more was that the next steps weren’t really clear, so I wasn’t sure if I was using it wrong, supposed to clean it a certain way, or just deal with it
